Author Description

This book will cover recent advances in the synthesis of highly functionalized (organic) films from plasmas. These include wetting, adhesion, biocompatibility, and surface molecular engineering, to name a few. The use of plasmas to surface modify or coat materials will increase with growing environmental concern over the use of solvents and aggressive chemicals.
