Over 100 recipes featured on the CBS Affiliate KLFY-TV series The Chef hosted by well-known Southern Louisiana chef, Patrick Mould. Chef Pat's goal with this book is to make home cooks better cooks. He has utilized familiar ingredients and easy to fix recipes.
