SAM consists of workbook and lab manual activities. Workbook is divided into Imaginate! vocabulary practice and Preparate! grammar practice for each chapter. A range (ten to twelve) of single-response, semi-controlled, and open-ended practice of the review vocabulary practiced in the core text as well as review grammar practiced in self-diagnosis section of the core text.Up to 80 percent single-response activities allow for independent practice of vocabulary and structures.
