Re-Framing America's Issues & Americans' Rights is a book written with a strong sense of urgency for a number of reasons - because the efforts to suppress voters are well underway in light of the results of the 2020 presidential election and in preparation for the 2022 elections; because I strongly believe that there are many things about our educational system that can be improved by a re-framing effort; because of the many issues and problems with law enforcement in our social, political and financial activities, especially reflecting the Trump years - and including issues of Equality - Justice - Fairness; because of the need to deal with issues of "environmental justice" and healthcare issues. And I also use this opportunity to introduce what I see as "The Doctrine of States' Responsibilities" in response to such an emphasis in so many "jurisdictions" of states' rights! Yes, re-framing America's problems and issues, while focusing on Americans' rights, made this feel like an urgently needed effort!
