When what was supposed to be a simple “drop and swap” espionage assignment goes terribly wrong, Bill Miller takes possession of a new technology that could destroy the world and becomes the most wanted man alive. He must decide whether he will finish the job and deliver the deadly device into the hands of one of the most powerful and corrupt corporate defense contract tycoons or deactivate it so no one can use it as a weapon of mass destruction to decimate life as we know it. When Bill Miller, a private company espionage agent, is asked to replace another agent in what was supposed to be a simple exchange assignment, Bill finds himself to be a target everyone seems to want to eliminate. From the colleagues he thought were working for the same company to other intelligence agency representatives from the FBI, the CIA and MI6 to even the mob, Bill must determine who to trust and how to best divest himself of the package he picked up so he can survive. Along the way, he finds respite in the arms of a young Latina waitress, Isa, whom he meets when his company sends him to Puerto Rico to recuperate from the job. She accompanies him on his treacherous travels back to his company headquarters in the U.S. to find out what went wrong. Ultimately, when he discovers what the device he picked up can really do, he will need to decide whether he will turn it over to one of the wealthiest and most influential corporate tycoons who commissioned the job to get it, a heartless man who holds multiple defense contracts with the U.S. Department of Defense in his clutches, or if he will destroy it, thereby preventing the destruction of the world as we know it.
