"I never searched for Enlightenment. I just searched for happiness. I searched for the ability to love those who loved me. I didn't know that the search would lead to Enlightenment. It was a terrifying lightning strike that came suddenly one night, a little over a year ago. An event that would change my life forever. I quickly realized that Enlightenment would be a destructive force if I did not heal my personal wounds. I didn't know where to start the search or how to find what needed to be healed, but my awareness would not let me fool myself. It would not let me get away with anything. My awareness was going after my own ass, and it forced me into isolation and into cleaning up my own mess, mixed with generation after generation of inherited wounds, programs, traumas, judgmental views and opinions, social norms, pressure, and paradigms. That's what this journey is about. The 369 stories in this book are a part of that healing journey. The journey started on my Instagram stories through Q&A's. One day I woke up and something in me made me post an IG story "Ask Me a Question." I was shaking, sweating, and my heart was pounding hard. It was anxiety and fear and I had never had anxiety before. I feared what I was about to discover. I knew that I no longer was able to lie to myself and every question that I answered would be as honest as I possibly could be. I was not going to show myself any mercy. I decided to strip down to my bare soul by putting myself out there to be asked, questioned, judged, tested, observed, attacked, but also loved, triggered, cheered for, and supported by so many wonderful souls. Each day was a new story and a new battle I had to fight. Each day was a new discovery. The growth was painful and silent, but the victories were rewarding and loud. 369 Stories are a part of that journey and a part of my discoveries during my "pilgrim year." It's a combination of my personal confessions, raw conversations with my followers, their stories that were
