"Growing the Soul is a '6 by 7' hard cover book. It is perfect bound and consists of ninety six pages. It is written in poetic prose and tells the lessons of Spirit, Mind, and Body the author has learned from her life journey. Each page describes a different ""truth."" The book is inspirational and encourages readers to look for their own life lessons. I have attached seven sample pages to help with classification."
