The book is a comprehensive presentation of the life and professional career of Cristiano Ronaldo, who was born into a poor Portuguese family but worked hard and smartly through myriads of challenges to consistently achieve unbelieavable and unprecedented feats that earned him a plethora of individual awards and accomplishments; immensely inspired successes and extraordinary feats for both the professional football clubs he played for in England (Manchester United), Spain (Real Madrid) and Italy (Juventus) and both the Junior and Senior Teams of his formative club, Sporting CP Lisbon, and the Portugal National Team. It opens with an introduction, followed by the early chapter of his life that involves his parents, siblings and where he was born and bred, while also providing insights into his first steps towards a football career as he joined the local CF Andorinha Youth Team at age 7. It then moves on to his transition from an amateur football academy to a professional one as at the age of 10, he joined the Nacional Football Academy up in the high altitudes of his Madeiran Island home region, and after showcasing his wonderful genius by being both the Best Player and Top Scorer at the Regional Under-13 Championship at the end of his first season there, he was signed by Sporting Lisbon at the age of 11, a development that meant he left his loved ones at a very tender age and travelled 967 kilometres away to stay and train with the Sub-15 team of his new club in a very different environment where he knew no one.
