Queuing models are used widely in industrial areas to overcome in the form of waiting that accompanies some actions which, if used to address maintenance and repair of machinery when it crashes the number of machines in different time and times are so lines waiting to be repaired. Also, in this book I used some equation models such as (M/M/1) and the practical works for a car washing services and trying to reduce the congestion in the car wash.
