Author Description

Success is hard to define. Its subject to wide range of descriptions but, I always knew it when I found it. Equally I knew that mistakes were not just failures but valuable learning lessons. I knew early on not to waste "good". Along the way I realized how important it was to capture successes, to leverage them so they led to more opportunities. So that's exactly what I did. I captured all of this knowledge as it happened and I built a model of success, a way to think, to view problems and discover opportunities that have led to a successful company with 27 years of growth.
