When a series of terrifying hallucinations plague a small group of teens, they uncover an ancient force hiding behind mirrors-an entity known only as The Painted Grin. It doesn't stalk its victims-it performs through them, rewriting their bodies, their faces, and their identities into living props for its twisted show.
