Dr. John Lowell loves his patients at the State Hospital, but has no use for other professionals who mistreat those patients. When two of those persons are found dead, Dr. Lowell is the most likely suspect. As he tries to do his own investigation to clear his name, he discovers some dark secrets at the hospital. Will he be able to solve the mystery before more people die?
