What it leads them to is an ancient evil that endangers their lives and the lives of those around them. Katie, Brooklynn, Logan, and Mara set out to use the popular Randonautica app. They are four teenagers looking for an entertaining scare and to boost their social media following. An eerie meadow, an innocuous-looking ball, and a trip that leads them to a place they never should have gone. Will any of them live to regret?
