The story "Powers and Secretes Book 1" is the first of three series about a couple of warlocks (Seyer and Tuwaka) who do anything to obtain human blood to enhance their powers. They live with critical secrets to preventing vulnerabilities amongst unsuspecting cult members in a small town called "Koawo." They volunteer to raise their granddaughter, Yasi, the book's narrator and main character. Seyer and Tuwaka have children, neighbors, and town's people.
