Author Description

Sherma Lindsay Thomas was born on a tropical island in the Caribbean called St. Lucia. Doctors diagnosed her with Cerebral Palsy. She did not attend public school because at that time no school on the island had the necessary facilities for her condition. However, with the help of some special peoplee, she was able to take classes at home, which enabled her to read, thus developing her passion for writing. After writing several short stories as a young girl, she fulfilled her dream of publishing a book. Sherma has managed to self-publish several books for kids and they are all available via the Amazon platform. Sherma is much more than that, she is also an event organizer, illustrator, poet, and has successfully formalized her educational skills.
