My reflections and musings while serving in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Conflict. My specialty was that of a third class Navy Gunner’s Mate. I spent two tours off the coast of Vietnam in The Gulf of Tonkin on Yankee Station as the Navy designated it. My third tour was a combination of land and patrol boat activities while stationed in Cua Viet, DaNang and Hoi Anh. The stories are split between truth and creative license. I have to lean more toward fiction with reality mixed in. One is true as I lived it. I will let you decide, which is true and, which is just my nightmares.
