Level-headed and practical Shayna Lockwood heads down south on an unforgettable trip to New Orleans to fulfill her recently deceased grandfather’s final wishes, not expecting to find love... or an undeniable evil that seems to have taken over her life. Upon her return home to San Diego, things go from bad to worse when mysterious and seemingly haunting instances leave Shayna wondering if she is accompanied by some sort of unwelcome entity. Soon Shayna begins questioning everyone’s motives, causing her to slip into an all-too-familiar, downward spiral of paranoia and remorse, alone and in the dark.
