This book chronicles the journey of how I, who was once incapacitated by illness and pain, unable to do anything I wanted, overcame the disease, received support from many people, and realized my dreams. Even if your body hurts, even if you have no money, even if you're short on time, even if you lack confidence, and no matter your age, you don't have to give up on your dreams!!
