Author Description

The Death of Giants is a collection of 45 original poems composed by Josiah Bancroft, author of the Books of Babel and the Hexologists. These poems, written between 2003 and 2012, meld the surreal with the ordinary, employing a chorus of voices to examine the nature of wonder and the absurdity of being. The poet Alberto Rios described the spirit of the collection succinctly, saying, "These are poems of constantly surprising adventure."
