Life involves many twists and turns with unexpected outcomes. Courage is an integral component of making the most of uncertainty during difficult moments. That is why self-love and self-respect provide a path out of the darkness and into the light. "It Was Me" is dedicated to addressing these doubts with class, grace, and dignity to show that, no matter what, it is possible to overcome tough situations. I wrote this book with the desire to remind people of their inner power so that they can resist and persist in overcoming the odds. I hope that it inspires everyone to be proud of the progress they have made in their life journey and that it is a reminder to never let their fire fade!
