This is a gripping Washington, D.C. crime story based on the interaction of two cunning and vicious young men named Rick Young and Dontre White. Rick Young is a teenager serving in an Episcopal Church as altar boy, when a sudden chance encounter causes his interests to drastically change. He draws an insatiable infatuation toward guns, abandons his church obligations, starts killing, joins the U.S. Marine Corps and becomes a Recon sniper at the Quantico Marine Base in Quantico, Virginia. After receiving a dishonorable discharge for conduct unbecoming in Beirut, Lebanon, Rick returns home and gets involved with the ruthless Dontre White, who has just been released from doing a juvenile life sentence for the murder of his mother's lover. Dontre peddled drugs, supplied by his older brother, to survive in prison. After being granted parole, he is determined to provide an income by distributing quantities of heroin and cocaine. He also has a mob of money ambitious ex-convicts grinding along with him, all seeking comeuppance. Upon almost violently clashing when they initially met, Rick and Dontre become the best of friends. The money tempo and ruthless methods in which they deviously operate to gain wealth and respect, only further escalates the staggering catastrophic drama on the District of Columbia's most dangerous streets.
