Left on the doorstep as a child on one of Philly's most notorious drug dealers, Khalil becomes a product of his environment. Desperately wanting to break away from the shadow of his father, he organizes a team of young killers who will stop at nothing to take over the streets of Philly. Soon a war erupts. Will Khalil come out on top, or will he realize that he might've bit off more than he can chew.
