The goal of Manual 4 is to expand on the process of strategic execution established in Manual 3. Manual 4 also intends to forge the holistic process of identifying, placement, managing and collaborative inclusion. We will provide clarity on understanding your limitations and expanding your strengths. Additionally, this manual will sharpen some of the beginning skill sets and refine older strategies acquired in our earlier manuals. One of the strong points of our purpose-driven playbooks is the learning method of stacking, whereby each manual builds off the manual that came before it. You can start anywhere you choose in the training guides, based on what is a priority to you or the needs of your organization, or you can follow a chronological order and start from Manual 1.As we move the practitioner into the intermediate stage of our training, our goal is to develop your capacity to not just know what needs to be done, but more importantly, to be able to actually solve the engagement/s you find yourself involved with. We want your insight to be honed to where you can weigh all factors involved and thus predict the possible outcome. This will afford you the ability to forge your strategies of engagement beforehand.
