The third section and bulk of the report provides a statistical portrait of the well-being of Pennsylvania's children and allows for comparison of counties and the largest municipalities with separate analyses for urban, rural, and mixed counties. The fourth section profiles all 67 counties and includes trend data for health, children's programs, and economic indicators. Minority trend data are provided for the 14 counties with the highest minority populations. An appendix provides definitions, sources, analysis, and mission statements. (SD).
