This report is the 9th survey in the Work Trends series that polls American workers about issues affecting their lives in the economy, the workforce, & the workplace, & how workers view the policy choices made by employers & lawmakers to address their concerns. In this report, American workers express their views on the contentious issue of discrimination in the workplace -- how they perceive & experience discrimination, as well as what they expect government & employers to do about it. In this survey, white workers & African-American & other minority workers describe two very different workplaces. Illustrated with graphs.
