The Medieval Muse is a book of 70 formal verse poems that take place during the medieval times. Most take place in England, with a few in Ireland or Scotland. Very descriptive nature of the areas where the poems take place is also a part of most of the poems. The poems are inspired by a 'connection' the author feels with this time in history...one of the direct results of several spiritual experiences that have occurred in her life over the last 15 years. Lucia Kiersch Haase writes as a direct result of several spiritual experiences that have occurred in her life. This is her 6th book of poetry. Lucia has been published in various publications, has had music composed to her poetry, and has won numerous awards for her poetry. Lucia also holds a certificate in Christian counseling.
