This book tracks the process and intent of Hannah Quinlan & Rosie Hastings' UK Gay Bar Directory, ' a video archive work made in 2015/2016, documenting over 100 gay bars in the UK's major cities. Included in the book is Rosanna McLaughlin's essay on the urgency of space as a site of radicalism and solidarity, a new text by the [sic] Quinlan & Hastings, stills from the UKGBD as well as supporting visual research.
