Author Description

This book is about beginnings….your new beginnings. Inspiring life lessons are captured in one-page stories from the Book of Genesis. The stories are powerful and personal about the Patriarchs, 2000 BCE, and the ancestors of the Chosen People. These men and women of the Ancient World are a lot like us with frailties, hopes, conflicts, mistakes, loves, and dreams fulfilled. Like us they face the culture, beliefs, and problems of their world, as they struggle with the newness of experiencing the Divine. Some live a nomadic life; others farm and raise livestock. They fight famine, relatives, and neighbors. They get jealous and get even. The stories give opportunity for prayer, reflection and answers to life issues. How can you begin again? To start anew? To forgive, apologize, stand strong, strengthen your faith, love again and have what you always wanted…a life journey experiencing God each day.
