Author Description

Since the beginning of thinking Homo sapiens, sages have learned, known, and taught, "Our thoughts determine our life." Yet, this "simple truth" seems to get lost within our busy everyday lives. We tend to forget the power and affect our thoughts have in determining our behaviors and actions. In this book, Attitude'Z' Reign A to Z, you will once again be reminded (probably already know) to bring this "thoughts determine your life" awareness to the forefront of your mind. And a re-read periodically, like a yearly doctor's checkup, will keep your life on a healthy mind, body, and spirit daily path. "Thought awareness" is in your best interest and to those people with whom you regularly interface. Movement begets energy as it states in the "M" essay, and when you "begin to begin" this re-awakening realization of your thoughts power, you set in motion your energy force. May this become your little "golden," thinking about attitudes, book. Enjoy!
