This is a document on the problems and methods of price control and their application to mobilization planning as related to war conditions. Objectives to be achieved, fiscal measures, regulatory measures, indirect and direct price controls, credit controls, government contract pricing, the problem of marginal production, agricultural commodities, and public support of price controls are documented.
