Workforce Champion: Breaking Through" is not only about personal achievement but begins with internal growth and never ends. Championing in the workforce is the work of continual development, humility, and reinvesting in the future, with the end-goal of creating a better self and having a greater and more positive impact on our co-workers, our families, our businesses, and our communities. So many people fumble through life, taking for granted the seemingly minor workforce opportunities. Whether working for self or others, everyone experiences the pressures of life. What is the difference between champions and others? Champions grow. They take what they have on the inside and nurture it. They imagine better, learn, and put actions behind their words. When opportunity comes, champions are ready. This book is the first in the Workforce Champion Series, and it will challenge you, allow you to challenge yourself, and literally hand you the keys to your next opportunity if you are willing to take the journey of champions.
