Author Description

In this collection, Sheila intertwines longing, labor, and transformation, crafting poetry that echoes nature's rhythms-growth, decay, renewal. With evocative lyricism, she explores love's quiet persistence, the intimacy of touch, and the spiritual currents that shape human connection. Each poem is a meditation on desire and surrender, trust and metamorphosis, carrying readers through landscapes both earthly and emotional. Grounded in classical forms yet infused with contemporary insight, this collection honors the body's dialogue with the land, where memory takes root and change blossoms.
