Organizations are facing today an environment of profound and accelerated change and business leaders ponder how to react given their fear of being disrupted. Conversely, the book explores the idea of proactively transforming organizations with focus on the multi-stakeholder value creation opportunities that megatrends and changes can generate and enable. As leaders envision the transformation of their organizations, the book conveys the importance of adopting the Agile Digital Enterprise system (ADEs) as the destination for the transformation. By developing the attributes of an ADEs, organizations will better capitalize on the potential of their people, processes and digital technologies to achieve superior levels of agility, innovation, responsiveness, customer orientation, employee engagement and change-readiness capabilities.
