Author Description

Gianni Dalfiume was born in 1942 in Bologna, Italy, but has lived in Argentina since his early childhood, where he is known as Juan Dalfiume, best known for his adventure and western comic strips. His best-known work, the spaghetti-western 'Jackaroe', created in the mid-1960's with Robin Wood (Paraguayan comic writer) for Editorial Columba has been reprinted on several occasions in the following decades. He retired in the late 1980's.
