Author Description

32 Rose Etudes for Clarinet. Carl Fischer Music's best-selling 32 Rose Etudes for Clarinet has been given a fresh new look and added value with a gorgeous new cover and CD containing not only MP3 piano accompaniment tracks composed and recorded by John Walker, but also printable PDFs for all 32 piano accompaniments. This edition of the best-selling 32 Rose Etudes for clarinet students is a repackaging of the 2002 revised/corrected edition with the accompaniment CD, previously sold separately. Meticulously revised and edited by clarinetist Melvin Warner, this edition contains valuable insight into both the original author Cyrille Rose and Franz Wilhelm Ferling, on whose music the Rose studies were based. Parker's accompaniments further enhance the musical quality of these etudes while making practice and performance more meaningful. Many of these beautiful, melodic etudes are perfect for recital use as well. With this new edition, a classic and trusted method becomes all the more indispensable.
