The people of Papua New Guinea have to choose between enslavement and empowerment, between impoverished lifestyle and a moderate quality of life, between mediocrity and excellence, and between accepting the status quo and advancement for the individual. Empowered people will make a determined effort to change and improve their standard and quality of life. They will learn from their present life of poverty and misery towards improving their standard and quality of life. Such people make decisions that should enable them to choose progress and advancement over status quo. This book is intended to empower the people of PNG to rise beyond their present state of affairs. Its aim is to empower and encourage the people of PNG to make a positive difference in their own living conditions by identifying their individual potentials, strengths, resources, knowledge, gifts and talents, and learn from their immediate environment, their quality of life, standard of living,their successes and failures so that they empower themselves to think and act positively towards creating a mindset that is positive, purposeful and progressive. By being positively encouraged and empowered it is anticipated that the people of PNG will purposefully avoid engaging themselves in activities that are likely to prevent them from advancing and improving their quality of life.
