It’s an honor to be able to compile this handbook! I wish to give you the best information, skills and practice we’ve found, in hopes of you taking it in and spreading this critical information to others, in the context of peace. This book was written for teachers, but even if you're not a professional teacher, you can positively affect others by spreading the good news about how powerful EQ is and how it can lead to peace, inside and around you. In fact, I believe it's our responsibility to spread this information. Those of us who know EQ are responsible to share what we know with those who do not know.
