Author Description

Kate's married life is closely managed by her meddling mother, her doting father and Richard, her feckless and flamboyant husband. Kate does her best to deal with Richard's illusions, despite the antagonism of her family, friends and a psychiatrist. However, her passion for Richard and her obligations to parents and children eventually cause a breakdown.
