For some of them a drink will turn them into someone who has to show the world just how tough they are. When this happens any nice guy sitting near by has to watch what he says or the way he looks at the drinker, or he might be in for a fight. This is not limited to drinkers at the bar. When things go bad the bouncer soon finds himself in a tangle that will end when the toughest guy in the bar prevails. It's a tough job and the tough part falls on the bouncer to handle.
