Author Description

Carry On takes place in the very distant past. A civilization on the brink of losing their home planet is faced with a great migration. Not all of the beings on the planet can be saved, but those who can must decide between a 400-year journey to a larger planet which has been proven very habitable, or a relatively short trip to anywhere from 35 million miles to 250 million miles away. The leader of the planet is determined to take the long journey. A bright, young explorer has different ideas, believing they may have a chance of carrying on their civilization on the closer, but much more dangerous planet. A small band of rebels decides to take their chances and colonize the big, bright blue planet, and the leader's daughter joins them, against her father's wishes. Together they must learn to adapt to the new environment.
