Mommy and Me By: Amber Huff The author’s inspiration for the book is Gracie, her kitty. Amber wanted to share Gracie’s story through her eyes. This is a fun and meaningful story of a new beginning for a kitty. She is afraid and alone at the beginning and ends up with a loving family. Amber wants children to see that their pets do love them, no matter what happens in life. Pets are not just animals in our lives, they are part of the family.
