These twin sisters have nothing in common except for their looks - not even the love of their parents. Lana was loved only by her mother, but that love was weak and selfish. Their father only loved Gabriella, but there was something very unsettling about their relationship. The victims of cruel favoritism, Lana and Gabriella do not relate well to one another. After tragedy strikes, the twins find themselves having to learn to live and love in a way never taught by their parents. Their Aunt Faye teaches them that the truth will set them free, as she fervently attempts to untangle the twins' past while keeping her own dark secret. When the truth is revealed, Aunt Faye remains determined to rebuild a family to heights even she has never experienced. With the help of Dr. McCormick, Teddy, and a little girl named Lindsey, a new family emerges full of healing and love.
