Author Description

The Singapore Mathematics Calendar is a series of three elementary math books (Elementary, Intermediate, and Advanced), which provides a creative and informal way for parents and homeschoolers to support their children succeed in mathematics. This calendar is designed in such a way that the answer to the problem on each day is the date on which the problem appears. Hints and selected solutions are given in the back of the calendar. The Singapore Mathematics Calendar series aims to convey the message that mathematics needn’t be mere drill-and-kill exercises—it can be fun, yet challenging for students to be exposed to the beauty and joy of the subject.
