Since 1976, the P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center of New York has hosted its annual International Studio Program, providing 18 artists from around the world with the opportunity to live and work in New York for one year. This volume documents the work of the finalists for the 2000-2001 and 2001-2002 Italian grant competitions.
