
Half a Life Painted blue tears draining from the eyes, and behind those closed eyes I found stories. Eyes dripping kohl were my crayon doodles my hair smelt of sea spray, and faraway rains. While I played with half hearted sorrows, my dreams got painted blue, dark midnight blue, and I lived by halves. About the Author Dr. Bina Biswas is a Professor of English Communications and Language in an Engineering College under JNTU, Hyderabad. She is a translator, critic, poet, fiction writer, editor and multilinguist par excellence, besides being a Tagore expert. She is an alumnus of Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi and has done Ph.D. from Andhra University. She has authored 7 books and 4 major translations.
