Virago - Warrior Women comprises of fifteen women of influence from Trinidad & Tobago: Shelly Dass M, Mickela Panday, Destra Garcia, Anya Ayoung-Chee, Penelope Spencer, Nikki Crosby, Lara Quentrall-Thomas, Shannon Hutchinson, Sarah Inglefield, Lori Borde, Michelle Borel, Nathalie Martina Harris, Ava 'AP Toussaint, Chevaughn Joseph and Dr. Sacha JC Baynes. Through sharing their stories, they seek to awaken the fighting spirit within each of us that gives us the courage to carry on. It is the first volume in this collection. This is called the 'Butterfly Edition,' which aims at creating a movement of women supporting women. Our stories connect us and teach us. It serves as a reminder for you to follow your heart and listen to the whisper within. For those character building periods, you would find that it uplifts you, as you are reminded that you are not alone in your pain. Thankfully, these chapters also offer actionable steps for you to reveal the best you and continue your journey of empowerment.
