THE CISCO KID has been around for over 110 years. Originally a short story by O.Henry about an outlaw, THE CISCO KID morphed into one of the classic good guys of the wild west era. He has enjoyed popularity in books, films (played by such diverse actors as Ceasar Romero and Jimmy Smits), radio, television.... and of course the comics! For over eight years in the western-dominated decade of the 50s, THE CISCO KID (41 Issues, 1950-1958) brought a monthly dose of excitement and light-hearted western drama to the newsstands.
