The High Songmaster was defeated, his attempts to control the northern lords thwarted, and his inner circle of Songmasters either dead or scattered. Now Nikolas and Aelixia are free, hopeful now to find their daughter and start their lives anew...if they just knew where to start looking. But Aelixia could never return to her homeland in the wilderness of Anthera, the only life she knew as an amazon-not as an Exile, nor with her bond with Nikolas. And few of the villages in the north want anything to do with her Songmaster gifts or her elven heritage.
