The demand of mainland China for sustainable psychotherapy is appear in a form of "Red Paper". The researcher has descripted the psychology of China during social transition, the reality of Chinese mental health situation during the time 2005 to 2018 in first chapter. The second chapter focuses on the relationship between Chinese GDP level and the need of psychotherapist. The third chapter, the researcher has conducted empirical study "content analysis", "problem syndrome group" of Chinese society was evaluated. Further occupation title as "psychological counselor" is officially cancelled by the Chinese concerning authority since Sept. 2017. The fourth chapter focuses on the Chinese ecological mental health - major changes in the psychotherapy education and training community. The fifth chapter is searching a sustainable path, developing a psychotherapy program: Freud, Vienna, is right there. Chapter six, Chinese Education Ministry "the Catalogue of Undergraduate Majors in the Ordinary Colleges and Universities".
