My work attempted to find the in vitro adsorption of paracetamol in its tablets and suspension by various adsorbents in Simulateed Gastric Fluid and Simulated Intestinal Fluid. The effect of pH, excipients and milk on in vitro adsorption of paracetamol by Activated Charcoal was also studied. Palatability study of Activated Charcoal-milk mixture was also performed.
